Who we are

One accountable supplier, from die to delivery

CharMax Aluminum in one sentence

CharMax Aluminum is an aluminum extrusion manufacturer in Tangxia, Dongguan, China, founded in 1996, that casts its own billets from primary aluminum, designs dies and extrudes custom profiles, tubes and bars on 20 extrusion lines with presses from 600 to 2,000 tonnes, with machining and finishing in-house.

Most extrusion problems happen between suppliers: a profile extruded in one plant, machined in another and anodized in a third. We keep the chain together — die design, extrusion, aging, fabrication, finishing and inspection — so tolerances, schedules and responsibility stay in one place.

How it works

From drawing to delivery

A clear path with approval gates — you sign off samples before production, and every step is documented.

  1. Drawing review

An engineer checks your section for extrudability, tolerances and cost — and suggests improvements.

  2. Die & samples

We design and trial the die, then send samples with a dimensional report for approval.

  3. Extrusion & aging

Production on our own presses, quenched, stretched and aged to T5 or T6.

  4. Fabrication

Cutting, CNC machining, punching and bending turn profiles into parts.

  5. Finishing

Anodizing, powder coating, e-coat or mechanical finishes, checked against your sample.

  6. Inspection & export

Final inspection, protective packing, labels and export documents.

Why CharMax

Clear. Precise. Enduring.

Our tagline is also our standard: clear communication, precise parts and finishes that last.

01

Engineering before quoting

Every drawing gets a DFM review. You see the risks and the savings before any steel is cut.

02

One chain, one accountability

Billet casting, die design, extrusion, machining and finishing under one roof — no finger-pointing between subcontractors.

03

Documented quality

ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certified. Primary aluminum only, spectrometer-verified melts and tolerances better than the GB/T high-precision grade.

What does CharMax Aluminum make?

CharMax Aluminum is an aluminum extrusion manufacturer in Tangxia, Dongguan, China, founded in 1996, that casts its own billets from primary aluminum, designs dies and extrudes custom profiles, tubes and bars on 20 extrusion lines with presses from 600 to 2,000 tonnes, with machining and finishing in-house. Products include custom profiles, heat sinks, enclosures, LED profiles, T-slot framing, tubes and shapes, solar rails and architectural profiles.

Which aluminum grades do you supply?

1060, 1100, 3003, 5052, 6060, 6061, 6063, 6005A, 6082, 7005, 7075 — as custom profiles, tubes, bars and rods, and plate and sheet. Compare them in our alloy selector.

Where is CharMax Aluminum located?

In Tangxia, Dongguan, Guangdong, China, in a 30,000 m² plant with 20 extrusion lines. See the factory.

Can you make a custom profile from my drawing?

Yes. Send a 2D drawing or 3D model; we review it for manufacturability, design and trial the die, and send samples with a dimensional report for your approval.

Do you machine and finish the profiles?

Yes. Cutting, CNC machining, drilling, tapping, punching, bending, anodizing, powder coating and e-coat are part of the same chain, so parts arrive ready to assemble.

What do you need for a quotation?

A dimensioned drawing, alloy and temper (or your requirements), cut lengths, annual volume, finish and any machining. Our RFQ checklist lists everything.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We export-pack, label and document shipments for customers worldwide and quote on the Incoterms you need.
