A 30,000 m² aluminum base in Dongguan

In short

CharMax Aluminum operates a 30,000 m² plant in Tangxia, Dongguan, with 20 extrusion lines using horizontal presses from 600 to 2,000 tonnes, its own melting and casting furnaces and a German SPECTROMAX spectrometer. Annual capacity is about 30,000 tonnes, built up over 30 years since 1996.

Extrusion

20 extrusion lines, 600 to 2,000 tonnes

A wide press range lets every profile run on the right machine: small presses give fine, precise sections — LED channels, hinges, phone-case frames — while the 1,350 t and 2,000 t presses handle wide heat sinks, formwork and heavy structural sections.

Raw material

Billets are cast in-house from primary aluminum — no recycled scrap — and checked before they reach the presses.
