Aluminum extrusion, done clearly and precisely
CharMax Aluminum is an aluminum extrusion manufacturer in Tangxia, Dongguan, China, founded in 1996, that casts its own billets from primary aluminum, designs dies and extrudes custom profiles, tubes and bars on 20 extrusion lines with presses from 600 to 2,000 tonnes, with machining and finishing in-house.
Our approach
Why we keep the whole chain in-house
CharMax Aluminum was founded in 1996 in Tangxia, the industrial manufacturing centre of Dongguan. Over three decades a skilled workforce and steady investment in technology, equipment and process have grown it into a specialised industrial aluminum base that integrates development, R&D, raw-material production, die design and manufacturing, with a complete management and quality assurance system.
Our mission: Building a new generation of Chinese industrial aluminum. Our motto: Quality first, customer first.
An extruded part passes through many hands: die design, extrusion, heat treatment, machining, finishing, inspection and packing. When those steps sit with different companies, every hand-off is a chance for tolerances to drift, surfaces to be damaged and schedules to slip — and for responsibility to disappear.
CharMax Aluminum runs the chain as one system. The engineer who reviews your drawing follows the die through trial; the profile is aged, machined and finished under the same quality plan; and one team answers for the result.
