What we collect
- Enquiry and RFQ data you submit: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, project details and the drawings or files you attach.
- Correspondence when you email or message us.
- Analytics data — only if you accept analytics cookies — such as pages visited, approximate location and device type.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and manufacture your parts (steps taken at your request before and during a contract).
- To keep business records and meet legal obligations.
- To understand and improve how the website is used (analytics, based on your consent).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your drawings for any purpose other than quoting and producing your parts.
Who we share it with
- Website hosting (Vercel Inc.).
- Our form-processing provider, which forwards submissions to us by email.
- Logistics providers and customs brokers, when shipping your order.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States and China. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to three years so we can follow up and handle repeat requests. Order and financial records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
