Aluminum Round Tube Sizes & Weights
Extruded aluminum round tube from Ø20 to Ø50 mm outside diameter. Round tube resists torsion efficiently and is the natural choice for handrails, poles and rollers.

How do you calculate round aluminum tube weight?
Area = π/4 × (D² − d²) in mm², where d = D − 2t; multiply by 0.0027 for kg per metre. A Ø40 × 3 mm tube weighs about 0.94 kg/m.
